The holiday home "Casa Dira" in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Black is only 150 m from the Black Lake, with a small swimming area and jetty.

It is located in a quiet holiday home area.
Here you can soak up the sun, swim, swim, fish, go boating or enjoy nature with its multitude of excursion destinations by bike.

The approximately 50sqm bungalow can accommodate up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with double bed and baby bed,
1 children's room with bunk bed,
a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
a separate toilet,
a fully equipped kitchen,
a living room with corner couch and a fireplace for the cool days.

Two terraces are waiting for you - one in front of the south-facing bungalow for sunbathing and relaxing, and a second terrace behind the bungalow, which thanks to its roof offers the opportunity to sit under shady trees or the "cigarette" along with bad weather or intense heat To be able to enjoy coffee in the dry!

There is a high chair and various toys for our little guests!

Your car is protected from the sun in the adjacent carport!
You can bring your own boat and moor it on our jetty or rent a boat on site!

Experience the beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District with the cities of Waren / Müritz, Röbel and Rechlin, stroll through the beautiful cities or enjoy the peace on the water!

Eine praktisch eingerichteter , sehr schöner Bungalow in wundervoller Umgebung. Das Gelände ist gut umzäunt, so das nicht die Gefahr besteht, daß Kleinkinder oder das Haustier 'ausbüxt' .Die nächste Badestelle ist keine 5 Minuten Fußweg weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und lohnende, touristische Ziele sind in kürzerer Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Zusammenfassung: ALLES SUPER

Urlaub in Schwarz

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 2 unserer Enkelkinder in Schwarz sehr genossen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu entdecken! Es war alles sehr interessant, ob Bärenwald, Affenpark, Sommerrodelbahn, Circus, Minigolf und vieles mehr. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt.

Sehr einsam gelegen

Ständig Fliegen im Bungalow, da die kleinen Fenster nur anzuklappen gehen und die großen Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind. Der Vermieter hat seine Werkstatt am und unter dem Schlafzimmer. Die Dusche ist kalt oder heiß, eine gleichbleibende Regulierung ist nicht möglich. Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da.Bei der WLAN Nutzung muss man sich immer wieder neu anmelden, wenn man das Bungalow verlassen hat und aus dem Empfang sbereich ist. Waschbecken hat kein Warmwasser. Nebenan ist ein Hund öfter alleine, der dann bellt bis Herrchen wieder da ist. Wenn man was einkaufen möchte muss man mit dem Auto los,zu Fuß ist in der Nähe nichts. Im Wohnzimmer ist auch keine Eckcouch sondern 2 Zweisitzer zum sitzen. Zum hinlegen sind sie zu kurz. Das Doppelbett ist 1.40 breit und sehr flach, für 2 Erwachsene einfach zu klein.

Das tut mir ja vollkommen leid, aber alle Fenster verfügen über Fliegengitter und sind zu öffnen. Lediglich das Fenster in Wohnzimmer ist fest, dass Kinderzimmerfenster ist sehr wohl zu öffnen. Das der WLAN gesichert ist, ist eine normale Sicherheitsvorkehrung. Beide Waschbecken in Toilette und Dusche verfügen über Warmwasser, nur nicht gleichzeitig. Das hatten wir Ihnen auch erklärt. Auch die Größe des Bettes wurde bisher nie beanstandet. Es schien aber genug Platz für Ihren Hund zu haben, dessen Haare wir gegen unsere Absprache im Bett gefunden haben. Schade das Sie keinen der von Ihnen aufgeführten Mängel erwähnt haben, hier sprachen Sie sich voll zufrieden aus und wollten wiederkommen. MfG

Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit sehr netten Gastgebern nebenan verlebt und kommen gern wieder. Im und am Haus ist wirklich alles da, was gebraucht wird, die Sauberkeit wird zurecht immer wieder hervorgehoben. Und die Umgebung ist genau richtig für einen erholsamen Urlaub, mit oder ohne Kinder. Ruhig und erholsam

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Die 2 Terrassen boten Möglichkeiten für jede Wetterlage. Die Nähe zum See war super, das tägliche Morgenschwimmen werden wir vermissen. Der Hahn von nebenan sorgte dafür, dass wir den Sonnenaufgang nicht verpassten. Das Objekt zu finden war etwas schwierig, da Fewo direkt keinerlei Informationen sendete, weder die genaue Adresse noch eine Telefonnummer. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn ein Problem auftrat, wurde es umgehend gelöst.

Häuschen zu klein für 4 Personen. Passend für 2 Erwachsene( evt.mit 2Kleinkindern). Zu wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen. Und sehr unordentlich.

Im Inserat steht: 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett! Es ist also eindeutig erklärt, dass es für KINDER ist! Dies ist auch auf den Fotos vom Objekt ersichtlich! Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. ist 6x vorhanden, für 4 Personen also vollkommen ausreichend! Leider war von "Unordnung " bei unserem einstündigen Abreisegespräch keine Rede, im Gegenteil, Sie hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen! Danke für Ihre Bewertung und alles Gute!

Toller Bungalow

Der Bungalow war genau so wie man ihn sich vorgestellt hat. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und bietet genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Vermieter sind tolle Leute, wenn nötig standen sie immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Ich verbrachte 8 Tage in diesem soliden Objekt . Es war alles was benötigt wird vorhanden .Umfeld etwas klein und für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern bei schlechtem Wetter vielleicht problematisch. Für uns drei Erwachsenen mit Hund bei gutem Wetter alles gut .Nette Gastgeber und auch nette Nachbarn . Gernwieder . Danke
