The cottage is independent, on one level and with an area of 50 m2: it is a brand new wood-frame house from 2022.
The cottage is located in a quiet area, in a natural and green environment, at the end of a small lane, without the noise of car traffic.
It will offer you a beautiful living space with a living room opening onto a south-west facing terrace and a wooded garden, a fully equipped quality kitchen (a dishwasher, a built-in electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a 4-burner induction hob, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven)
The bedroom is independent and equipped with a bed with a width of 140 cm.
The bathroom is private and adjoining the bedroom: it includes a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine with porthole.

The bakery is located a 5-minute walk from the gîte.
The shops of Locquémeau are also accessible in a few minutes (restaurants, mini-market, bars...), otherwise the amenities of the village of Ploulec'h are only 10' away by car (supermarket, pharmacy...).

Booking conditions: minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during periods of high demand.

No smoking and "dogs" friends are not allowed.
