Gorgeous views of a mountain ringed valley from the balcony. Interesting things close by, but you’ll want a car. Large rooms. Very nice landlady. Speaking German helps.

Bon Accueil. Echanges limités à cause de la barrière de la langue. Endroit intime joli fleuri et très favorable pour visiter le Tyrol. Equipements cuisine très insuffisants. Pas de grill-pain Poèles usagées et dangereuses pour la santé (revêtement très abimé)

Nice location

У дома очень удобное расположение, близко к скоростной трассе, недалеко супермаркеты и заправки. Комнаты большие, балкон с великолепным видом. Не удобные кровати и матрацы, странные одеяла и подушки. Входная дверь с лестницы в квартиру не закрывается, это не страшно, но не очень удобно. Все остальное просто прекрасно.

2 keer dit appartement bezocht . Mooie omgeving, ruim appartement. Helaas word er niet echt geïnvesteerd in goede bedden, keukenspullen, en stoelen op balkon en of keuken. Er zou iets meer mogen worden geinversteerd om het verblijf iets optimaler te maken. De prijs is waarschijnlijk waarom men denkt het is wel goed zo.

Apartmán 1

Ubytování s nádherným výhledem, domluvíte se jen německy, v kuchyni není přípravek na mytí nádobí, není mikrovlnka, postele velmi staré a hodně hlučné, z apartmánu o patro výše je slyšet každý krok a to velmi, při vstupu do bytu pouze shrnovací dveře, tedy apartmán jako takový nelze zamknout pouze jednotlivé pokoje.

We have now added to the properties description the information that the sliding door cannot be locked, nevertheless as stated in your review the individual rooms are all lockable and secure. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber und groß. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schon älter aber gut in Schuss und funktionell. Handtücher und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden und frisch. Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Gewürze sollte man selbst dabei haben.

Al 10 jaar gast daar

Super schoon Elke ruimte is warm Wij vinden het interieur van het huis typisch Oostenrijks zo moet het ook blijven is mijn mening het past helemaal bij de sfeer. Sommigen vinden het gedateerd zo willen wij het niet noemen het past super goed bij die styl. En het is goed onderhouden ( twee jaar terug overal nieuwe kunstof kozijnen ) . Er is niks dat oud en lelijk is in dat huis het ziet er gewoon super netjes en schoon en verzorgt uit. XXX is een lieve gastvrouw Elk jaar krijgen we een kerstkaart. En elk jaar na ons verblijf krijgen we een cadeautje. Wij komen daar elk jaar met veel plezier! Dus zolang wij kunnen komen we daar met veel plezier! XXX kent ons dus ze we komen daar aan op een tijdstip daar hoeft zij niet op ons te wachten we kennen de weg in dat huis.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss gemietet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber haben uns empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und groß. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken. Der Ausblick vom umlaufenden Balkon ist wunderbar. Wegen der Lage der Wohnung ist ein Auto empfehlenswert (von der Hauptstraße geht eine 1,8 km steile Straße zum Jägerhof). Leider gab es auch einige negative Aspekte: Die Wohnung hat keine abschließbare Abschlusstür zum Treppenhaus, sondern nur eine Lamellenfalttür (einzelne Zimmer sind jedoch abschließbar). Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. teilweise durchhängende Matratzen, schwere Federbetten, Lautsprecher des Röhrenfernsehers dröhnt). Der Fußboden der Wohnung im Dachgeschoss knarrt bei jedem Schritt. Bei lebhaften Mietern könnte dies für die darunterliegende Wohnung sehr laut und störend werden.
