New environmentally friendly house located 4 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Carnac.

Composed of a master suite on the ground floor (bedroom with shower room) and three bedrooms upstairs.

The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a two-seater SPA with whirlpool, massage jets and ambient lights for a moment of relaxation alone or for two that can be used in all seasons.

Kitchen open to a large living room.

South-facing terrace in a very soothing environment.
