Charming house 20 minutes from the sea
We are renting out our charming house, located in a quiet setting in the hills of Marcel Pagnol. Located between the town of Aubagne (3 km) and the village of Eoures (2 km), it is equidistant from the beautiful village of Cassis and the Calanques of Marseille, both just 20–25 minutes away.
With a total area of 290 m², the house features a large, bright living room that opens, on one side, through its floor-to-ceiling windows onto the pool (10x5x1.5 and equipped with an alarm) and, on the other side, onto the dining room and the beautiful, bright kitchen.
On the ground floor, a master suite (queen-size bed) of approximately 25 m², with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.
On the mezzanine level, there is another lovely bedroom, also approximately 25 m² (queen-size bed + 1 single bed), but without a bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a spacious living room with a TV area and two desks.
A 22-square-meter children’s room (1 loft bed + 1 two-seater pull-out sofa bed underneath) with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and across from it, a beautiful 18-square-meter bedroom (double bed) with its own bathroom.
A laundry room completes this lovely space.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in both living rooms, the kitchen, and the two upstairs bedrooms; the downstairs rooms are naturally cool and do not require it.
Outside, there’s a sofa area under the arbor, two large tables, a barbecue, and several lounge chairs so you can fully enjoy the sound of the cicadas.

Children who cannot swim must be under constant adult supervision; the pool is equipped with an alarm system but no barriers.
Dogs are, of course, welcome as long as their owners are responsible for any damage they may cause. The 4,000 m² property is fully fenced. However, this does not mean it’s a dog run, so please ensure it remains clean if necessary.
We’d like to remind you that, since this is our year-round primary residence, you’ll have the privilege of enjoying a fully equipped home decorated to our taste, complete with a wide selection of books, lovely washed-cotton bed linens, cosy bath towels, pool towels, all kinds of appliances, games, and toys for the children… But it’s essential for us to find people who will take good care of our belongings—just as if they were in their own home.
Our house is well-maintained, but as with any primary residence, some minor issues may arise—just let us know so we can fix them if possible.
Wi-Fi and a large-screen TV are available. However, we don’t have any TV channels. So you’ll need to bring your Netflix login information if you’d like to enjoy some evenings in front of the screen.

The house can only be rented for a minimum of 15 consecutive days.
The house is available from July 23 to August 31
July rates: €2,800/week
August rates: €3,200/week
10% discount for rentals of 3 weeks or more
A security deposit of €1,500 will be required
Cleaning fees are €170 per stay
