Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with access to private beach, large resort style pool, nicest pool in the Colony, a gated community near excellent shopping and restaurants and Coconut Point. Watch the sunset on the huge screened in patio with large pocket doors opening up the living room and bedrooms to the nature preserve. Close to airport, many activities and fine dining on the water at the Bay Club. 2 parking spaces. Access to community gym included. Guest kayaks take you out to beautiful Estero Bay where you can enjoy manatee and dolphin spotting, pelican rookeries, and more. Nice desk and desk chair/workspace, too. 20 minutes to Naples Zoo and Children’s Museum.

Great condo and excellent location

Great condo with excellent location. Communication with the owner and property manager are quick and informative. Very nice amenities and clean place. Definitely a place to stay again.

Beautiful! Luxurious!

The property is beautiful and The Colony community was wonderful! The pictures accurately reflect the property. We especially liked the large lanai; the pool, hot tub, and the private island. The owners were great to work with--kind and interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. One caveat--there is not of the bay; only a view of the woods.
