Ideally located 5 minutes from Trestel Beach, 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, and 10 minutes from Plougrescant and its rugged coastline, the Saint Nicolas holiday rental offers you the perfect base for exploring the Trégor region and all it has to offer!
During your stay, you’ll be staying in a fully renovated former farmhouse.
We live on the property, but the guesthouse is completely separate.
The house you’ll be staying in has two terraces with no neighbors directly across.
The accommodation
On the ground floor, there is a large living area with a kitchen and living room, as well as a wood-burning stove for cool or damp evenings. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a single bed, followed by another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
The property has one private patio that opens directly off the kitchen and is equipped with a large table, a patio umbrella, and a BBQ.
The bathroom with a toilet is located upstairs.
Please note: for parents of young children, the property is not completely fenced in. Supervision is absolutely necessary!
On-site, the 5 hens lay delicious fresh eggs! If you’re lucky and they’re in the mood, a carton of eggs will be waiting for you upon your arrival!
St. Nicolas is also home to 3 cats and a friendly dog (all of whom love cuddles!)
