It is a villa ideally located between lake and ocean, 500 m from the beaches and the town center of Hossegor. You can reach the beach and the shops on foot, by bike or by car. Located on a closed ground of 2000 m², the villa is embellished with a beautiful heated swimming pool and a superb garden without vis-à-vis nicely planted with pines and century-old cork oaks. With its 5 bedrooms, its 3 bathrooms and its high level of services and equipment (heated swimming pool, poolhouse, plancha, bowling alley...), the Brise de pin villa can accommodate up to 10 people and promise them an unforgettable stay.



This family house built in 1954 was completely refurbished and renovated in 2021.
