The location was fantastic and close for walking to Main Street. Very enjoyable and the beds were comfortable. We went in the summer time and it got a little warm, we opened all the windows , but we could have used more fans in the unit. We would definitely return again.

Our stay at Elk condo was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, scenic walk to downtown with all the great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots right at our fingertips. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable, the décor felt warm and inviting, and every detail made it feel like home. We can’t wait to come back—truly a five-star stay in every way!

This is a nice condo that is relatively convenient to the Snowflake lift. Some of the rugs / carpet are tired and showing their age and the cleaning could be a little better. Overall, it's well equipped for cooking and the first floor location makes coming/going easy.The building's hot tubes are nice (located inside) and the sauna was an unexpected bonus.

No real important issues. The rug was not flat so we had to place books on it to avoid tripping. Minor. Good location in that it was an easy walk to the snowflake lift as well as downtown. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cozy and super clean. We were within walking distance to skiing and Main Street. We will definitely be planning another trip to Breckenridge and staying at Cimarron Elk Condo. We highly recommend!
