Beautiful chalet "Chalet Les 3 Marmottes", 2 storeys. Above Moléson, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: small garden. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (75 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocery 12 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 1.9 km, thermal baths "Gruyère" 17 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski school 1.9 km, sled run 1.9 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 8 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 13 km, Bulle 13 km, Fribourg 38 km, Gstaad 48 km, Montreux 49 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson 2 km, Gstaad 48 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Gruyère 22 km, Lac Léman 49 km. Hiking paths: Moleson. Please note: car recommended.
"Chalet Les 3 Marmottes", 4-room chalet 110 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower. Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Chalet magnifique

Endroit magnifique avec vue imprenable sur la montagne et proche de plein d activités surtout pour les jeunes .Je conseille fortement cet endroit .

Cheminée fume à l’intérieur

Lorsque nous avons fait du feu dans la cheminée, une partie de la fumée rentrait dans la pièce, ce qui nous a obligé à ouvrir les portes et fenêtres. Au final nous avons dû éteindre le feu. Le problème a été signalé.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Chalet. Das Chalet wirkt auf den Bildern teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber tatsächlich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles ist super gemütlich und sauber.

Gemütlich und schön gelegen

Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr über das Klavier im Haus gefreut. Das Chalet ist schön gelegen, bei gutem Wetter ist die Aussicht sehr schön. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht zu Fuss erreichbar.

Les 3 Marmottes

Séjour agréable a refaire quelques travaux dans ce chalet, une chose il n'est pas conseiller d'aller avec des personnes qui ont des problèmes pour marcher ( 75marches) et la barrière n'est pas solide pour monter et descendre. Le voisin très désagréable surtout Monsieur, ne pas mettre la voiture même un centimètre sur sa place sinon aie aie aie. l'office du tourisme très sympas et le resto à côté aussi.

Super gemütliches Berghaus

Das Berhaus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr schön gelegen. Es war sauber, die Better waren angezogen. Die kleine Küche ist ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräte und so gar eine Kaffemaschine. Aber wir mussten eine weile den Parkplatz suchen für das Berghaus, zu wenig übersichtlich. Aber sonst war alles gut :) Zum weiter empfählen.

Chalet

The Chalet has excellent room size and balcony views of the alps and Gruyeres Castle. Very quiet. Early mornings you hear cow bells and chickens. Reasonable priced. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.
