For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (4 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. In the house: restaurant, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 10 m, bus stop "Gersau, Platten" 50 m, swimming bay 1.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, mountain railway 4 km, ski lift 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vierwaldstättersee 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
