Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Tunisee Freiburg 45 km, Titisee 78 km. Hiking paths: Ortenau 1 km, Kaiserstuhl 30 km. Rhein, 4 km. This historical, half timbered house which has been lovingly restaured according the building´s original style. Access to a nice outdoor area, a sunny courtyard and an individual sitting area in the garden.
5-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Living room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Shower/WC. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Lounge with tiled stove and 80 cm TV with 200 domestic and international channels. Access to the single bedroom through the lounge. One of the 2 double bedrooms has an open timbered wall separating it from a nursery with cot and changing table. Comfortable seating corner in the hall on the top floor.

Sehr schönes Fachwerkhaus

Wir waren im Herbst im Haus Schwärzel, Gastgeber hatte die Räume alle schon beheizt, so das es ab der ersten Minute urgemütlich war! Haus ist super schön und sauber! Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ins Elsass, den Schwarzwald, nach Freiburg oder Rust optimal.

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Tolles altes Fachwerkhaus, sehr liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem der Garten mit dem schattigen Sitzbereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Dazu noch ein freundlicher und netter Vermieter, da kann man den Urlaub genießen. Vielen lieben Dank. Familie Hutmacher

Schönes Haus ruhig gelegen inmitten der Ortschaft.

Schönes, altes Haus, ruhig gelegen inmitten einer kleinen Ortschaft. In der Nähe von Offenburg und der französischen Grenze. Es können viele Wanderungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe unternommen und besichtigt werden, selbst mit kleineren Kindern. Das Haus ist zwar niedrig, erfüllt jedoch alle Wünsche, wie große Räume, 2 Bäder, Küche und großes Wohnzimmer. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schoon, authentiek, ruim

Fijn prachtig, ruim huis, overcompleet, schoon (spelende kinderen op de vloer). Jammer dat je ver overal vandaan zit, zoals het rodelen, de Feldberg, Titisee, Freiburg etc. Dit wisten we van tevoren, maar omdat er alle dagen veel wegwerkzaamheden waren duurde de reis nog langer.

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. WLAN ist nur in einem Teil des Hauses verfügbar. Bei sehr kleinen Kindern muss man auf die Treppe aufpassen. Die Stufen sind schmal. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und war immer ansprechbar. Wir waren 4Erwachsene und ein Kind . Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
