For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Location agréable avec bonne situation géographiqu

Très satisfaite de notre location, la situation bord de mer et proche centre ville est idéale pour nous, l'équipement est succin mais nous convient parfaitement le temps des vacances, je regrette juste un manque de soin du ménage à notre arrivée. Les hôtesse d'accueil à l'agence Santa Margarida sont très agréables et prévenante.

L'appartement est très bien situé et sa terrasse est quasiment toujours à l'ombre (appréciable en forte chaleur). Nous avons apprécié le stationnement réservé. Le réfrigérateur est en excellent état. Cependant il pourrait y avoir quelques petites améliorations qui agrémenteraient le séjour. - un grill pain serait le bienvenu - un peu plus d'équipement en matière de poeles et couteaux - un mini four électrique serait apprécié.

Trop de vis à vis

La terrasse donne directement sur la rue bruyante jusqu'à minuit. L'appartement est mal insonorisé et on entend beaucoup les personnes qui parlent sur les paliers. Les équipements de la cuisine (grille pain, four, etc....) ne sont pas présents. Le point positif, la proximité de la plage. La literie est très bien

Mangelhafte Ausstattung

Wir hatten diese Wohnung zusammen mit der Wohnung ES9410.900.4 gemietet. Zustand war ähnlich schlecht., wobei fast die identischen Mängel vorhanden waren. Zusätzlich ging die Überkopfdusche nicht und konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Das Positive war, dass die Kundenbetreung vor Ort ihr Bestes versucht hat.

Hervorragende Lage

Die Wohnung war eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Bedenkt man, dass es in Spanien doch relativ warm ist und man daher viel draußen ist, war alles bestens in Ordnung. Die Lage zum Strand ist erstklassig, besonders wenn man kleine Kinder hat.

Location agréable et bien située par rapport à la plage et au village. Déception, vue "partielle sur mer" dans l'annonce, en fait seulement debout à l'extrémité de la terrasse, de plus la photo de la résidence donne à penser que la vue sur mer est réelle

Ziemlich dunkle Ferienwohnung

Leider war die Ferienwohnung im unteren Stockwerk und wg. der Sonnenschutzlamellen ziemlich dunkel. Die Betten waren zum Teil durchgelegen und die Esszimmermöbel waren zum Teil beschädigt. Wer auf der Terasse seine Privatssphäre wollte, wurde leider enttäuscht, da auf der anliegenden Sackgasse zum Meer, ziemlicher Fußgänger- und Autoverkehr war. Ansonsten hatte man kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt, was wirklich super war. Für 14 Tage, wenn man nicht hohe Ansprüche hat, völlig ausreichend.
