Rowing boat (Local agreement), Rowing boat with motor (Local agreement). Shop 800 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Krakow am See,Güstrower Chaussee" 300 m, railway station "Güstrow" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Please note: car recommended. This wooden house overlooking the lake (Krakowersee) provides good opportunities for fishing. It is set back from the main road, on the ground of a sailing club. Private beach and jetty. Rowing boat available free of charge. Motorboat (no license) available on request and charges.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 9 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Simple kitchenette.
