Great stay!! Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, cleanliness of everything, and thoughtfulness of amenities in bathrooms. Also ease and flexible checkout to-do list was much appreciated. Would stay again!
I absolutely loved staying here. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. It had everything I needed and then some. I sat on the deck and read the first night. The host was very accommodating. The price was very reasonable. I will most definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.
I stayed for three nights in this quaint Montana themed home. The neighborhood was quiet and accessible to those without a vehicle on the #2 bus line. Upon arrival the location was clean and organized, telling me that the host holds a certain standard of care for hospitality. I would recommend this location to anyone planning to visit the coty of Missoula.
We knew that we were on to something good when our communication pre-stay was so smooth. We arrived to find large spaces for each room. This stand alone house is new, quality construction, with close attention to details. The home was well stocked and well furnished. The design details made this place very comfortable. All in all we could not ask for more from a daily rental.
We flew in from NC and arrived at midnight so we chose this apartment based primarily on it's proximity to the airport (10 min drive). It was so beautiful! Highend finishes, a very well equiped kitchen, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It is very convenient to groceries, as well as the downtown area. The only complaint is the view from the balcony is of an overgrown fence line and an empty used car lot; I had looked forward to sitting out there to enjoy the sunset but that was a minor inconvenience. We loved the proximity to town and how absolutely beautiful the apartment is. We would definitely stay here again!
The property was super clean a fully stocked with things we needed. It was quiet and private. It was also centrally located so it made it easy to get to places in the city. I would definitely recommend.
Beautifully appointed and comfortable. All modern conveniences--appears to be a recent remodel--like new. Older renters should consider the stairs. Otherwise, perfect.
Cute little place, house was very clean and had all the necessities one could need for a comfortable stay. House is centrally located, just minutes from downtown. The host, Teresa, was very accommodating and it was greatly appreciated.
Centrally located and well appointed this king suite was pure luxury! We loved every moment of our stay and look forward to returning.

Own the property with our friends/ business partners. Family affair. We have some long term rentals and owned a lake vacation property as well building several properties over the last 25 yrs working together with mu husband doing the plans and building process, I manage the properties. We all work on construction and maintenance and our kids have all taken a turn mowing the yards.
Why they chose this property
We bought the property in 2017 and renovated the first house that is on the property , then we built the two structures at the back of the property. One of which is a long time rental and the other the “ Lila”. We live within a mile of this property so easily accessible and do all our own cleaning so in the property often to keep up with any necessary maintenance.
What makes this property unique
We named it “Lila” for a reason.. stands for Luxury in little alley. Close and convenient to downtown , Good food store and a gym across the street !
