The Space:

**** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project (September 2025 – April 2026). Please note that these dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions and construction progress. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. Additionally, you may experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Access to the heated pool may also vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

This charming condo features a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals and beach snacks easy. Gather in the living room area and watch some TV while planning tomorrow's adventures, or rest after swimming your day away in one of the shared swimming pools. Sip a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony or spend time with the family watching the sunset. Take advantage of the resort's shared on-site amenities, which include swimming pools, a gym/fitness room, a shared hot tub, a poolside tiki bar, and more.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

We liked the location. Elevators were always busy so we always walked down 10 flights of stairs. The condo itself was ok. Needs some updates. Needs painted and new refrigerator, it has rust on it. It was a little dirty on the inside so had to clean it (refrigerator). The fan in the living room didn’t work. The door to the fire hose outside the bedroom window would not stay closed so when the wind blew you could hear it at night when trying to sleep. Reported it to the condo complex since it wasn’t the condo itself but it never got fixed. When we first got there we couldn’t get the TV to work and called the number they gave us. Someone was out within the hour to fix it. Really need to change the mattress. Very dirty. I would suggest investing in a plastic mattress cover and then put a pad on top of that. Beautiful view and the complimentary chairs on the beach was a plus.

Great Location

As the title states, perfect location. Condo is a little out-dated, but nice. Perfect location on the beach. Elevators are painfully slow, but the place was packed when we were there. Make sure you bring toilet paper and cooking supplies. Best part was right next to the pool is a little burger and drink stand called Bikini Bob's. You can eat and drink dirt cheap while hanging at the pool!

Great place

Check in was right at 4, so no early check in. Place was clean and can fit a family of 4 nicely. The bunk beds had extra drawers for the kids to put their clothes which they liked. Beautiful views. Black out windows in master bedroom was nice as well. Little wear and tear but perfect.
