Appartement bien placé dans un bel endroit mais n'a jamais été rénové et beaucoup trop cher pour l'inconfort. Les 4 lits sont inconfortables avec des matelas lamentables. La cuisine est équipée de façon minimaliste. Fauteuils du balcon très vieux et inconfortables.

Wohnung per see schön. Sehr alter Zustand, alte Möbeln, sehr alte Küche und Badzimmer. Reparaturen, Service und Erneuerungen wurde sehr vernachlässigt. Schade! Wir mieten diese Wohnung seit mehr als 5 Jahre. Es wurde nie etwas bzgl. Renovierung etwas gemacht.

Nel complesso tutto bene, alcune piccole accortezze (manca fornellino fondue e qualche tazza per il the, vasi di rosmarino morti sul balcone lasciati lì a se stessi) avrebbero reso il soggiorno impeccabile. Molto ben organizzati con raccolta rifiuti differenziata nel condominio e sacchi spazzatura forniti gratuitamente come la carta WC. ! Siamo rimasti contenti.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille à Surlej avec un enfant d'un an. Le logement est très agréable, calme, avec un grand balcon qui donne sur la "cour" intérieure de la résidence. La cuisine était bien équipée, il y a pas mal de place dans l'appartement et le tout est très propre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
