This spacious 1,300 sq.ft apartment with impact glass makes it very comfortable for both work and vacation.

Lovely stay

We are avid snorkelers and love Phil foster and Peanut island so this location was perfect! Super comfortable, clean, and cozy. The hosts were friendly and communication was fast and easy. We hope to return soon!

Great location while spending a week diving.

The condo is well located, spacious and clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, etc. I needed to extend my stay and it was relatively simple to do so. I will look here first the next time I’m down to dive.

Very nice location and property. Kitchen cabinet glass missing, frying pan broken, beds soft, neighbor had two yappy small dogs. Overall nice place, roomy and very responsive manager.

This place is conveniently located. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beds were super comfortable. The wifi was a bit slow, which wouldn't really have mattered except during the wind down time in the evening the TV was all streaming so it took a bit for it to load shows.

Great place. Close to beach, but not walkable with kids

Good location. liked the apartment. Master bed was fine. Smaller beds were uncomfortable for adult due to thin mattress. You can walk to beach but across a somewhat busy road so not good for small kids. But very close. Very clean. Not easy with sand. Lots of good restaurants close by. Kitchen was fine. Liked the area. Getting in and out with key was tedius. Keypad would be better.

Singer Island Apartment

Older property that has been completely updated. Quiet area. Furniture was new and sacrificed trendy for comfort. Would like to have had more living room furniture that was comfortable and kitchen chairs that would be more comfortable. Kitchen items, such as dishes should be upgraded to a nice set of dishes and drink ware. Had a couple of items that were quickly taken care of by owners. Ceiling fan that was scraping and blind to back porch that was missing portion. Both were handled in acceptable timeframe.

Incredible month stay

Roman and his team were amazing! Property was perfectly located to walk the restaurants, beach and neighborhoods. Convenient Publix for groceries and the apt was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The screened in porch was really nice for us to have dinners and enjoy the weather. Highly recommend working with Roman as his responsive ness was unparalleled. Definitely will stay again!
