Beautiful home in the heart of Green Valley with territorial and Santa Rita mountain views. Completely walled in back yard, landscape pond with waterfalls and the unusual added bonus of real grass. Property comes with monthly landscape care.

Considered one of the top active retirement communities in the US, there are many fun things to do in the area while also practicing safe social distancing.
A large active pickle ball community with 36 courts, cycling, tennis, several golf courses, abundant hiking, fitness facilities, 8 swimming pools, and more. This home has membership in the Green Valley Recreation facilities (gvrec.org).
