Beautiful home in the heart of Green Valley with territorial and Santa Rita mountain views. Completely walled in back yard, landscape pond with waterfalls and the unusual added bonus of real grass. Property comes with monthly landscape care.

This is a family home not previously available for rent. The owners have recently moved to a larger home in the same neighborhood.

Considered one of the top active retirement communities in the US, there are many fun things to do in the area while also practicing safe social distancing.

A large active pickle ball community with 36 courts, cycling, tennis, several golf courses, abundant hiking, fitness facilities, 8 swimming pools, and more. This home has membership in the Green Valley Recreation facilities (gvrec.org). Availability of complete facilities is subject to Covid-19 restrictions which have left most outdoor activities available with indoor activities available on and off. The winter weather is usually quite appealing.

World class birdwatching in nearby Madera Canyon, the historic Canoe Ranch’s lake trail and throughout Green Valley.


Green valley is a “dark” sky area to support the many observatories in the area. Amazing place for star gazing. See the night sky like you haven’t seen it in years.

This house became a home

The landlady/lord took care of us from the moment we arrived. The kitchen has top of the line appliances. The dishes and utensils were abundant whether cooking for a few or a dozen. The great room was warm and the TV screen large. The master bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years. We relaxed in the master bathtub and enjoyed the walk-in shower. Our guests slept well in their bedroom and found their bathroom clean and roomy. The back yard had grass for our pup and we enjoyed grilling meals on the patio. The hummingbirds were abundant and quails charming. The best part of our stay were our helpful neighbors and landlady and landlord. They were available in an instant when we needed help. We developed a wonderful friendship and already miss them.
