Located on the first floor is bedroom # 1 with pyramid bunk bed which has a twin on the top, full bed on the bottom and also has a trundle bed, so you can sleep 4 children in one bedroom. Bedroom # 2 with a queen size bed with a TV, full hall bath, a very large Family Room with doors for privacy/5th bedroom and a TV. The bathroom offers a marble countertop, beautiful custom tile and an extra wide bathtub! On the 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining area and living room, bedroom # 3 which is the with a queen bed, TV and hall bath and the laundry room. The private 3rd floor Master Suite features a King size bed, built-in cabinetry and a sliding door leading to a spacious southern exposed deck. Come back from the beach and sit out back and enjoy the fire pit at night. This home has three decks beautifully furnished and accessorized. The owner supplies 6 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, Beach wagon, Beach toys and 4 Bicycles with locks. This is property is waiting for you to rent.
