Absolutely disgraceful only stayed 1 hour then gave the keys back

We would advise people to never ever use this company the villa and pool were filthy less than basic we would not have left our dogs in there.. please do not waste your hard earned money. Vile

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. We truly regret hearing about your disappointing experience and understand the frustration that this situation may have caused. Upon your arrival, we were informed about the issue concerning the pool and promptly assured that our maintenance team would address this issue. The house manager informed us that due to a storm the day before, the pool clarity was temporarily affected, but the situation has been resolved. Regarding your dissatisfaction with the house itself, we wish you had raised your concerns while on-site, as our team would have been more than happy to address them. We were ready to replace furniture, provide extra cleaning, or even arrange a different house for your stay. Despite your feedback, we were advised by the house manager that the property had been recently upgraded with a fresh coat of white paint, new kitchenware, garden furniture, a new mattress for the double bed, among other improvements. We believe in constant improvement and take guest feedback seriously to ensure our properties meet or exceed expectations. We understand that you decided to leave the property without taking any of the solutions offered by the on-site team. Our priority is always to resolve any issues during the stay and ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you had provided us with another opportunity, we would have done everything in our power to turn your experience around. La maison est un peu vieillissante et mériterait des petits travaux (mosaïques de piscine abîmée, grille de fenêtre cassée)et il y a trop peu de vaisselle pour 6pers , nous avons dû en racheter ! Sinon c’était une maison agréable où l’on s’est vite senti bien. Tout le domaine est entretenu et les plages magnifiquement aménagées. Un joli coin de nature sécurisant en cette periode de covid...

La atención es estupenda , sin ninguna queja pero en cuanto al chalet. El wifi es como no tener nada , como ellos dicen es compartido con otros chalets pero yo no tengo la culpa que en mi chalet de al lado 7 personas etc.. no puede poner se que hay wifi si luego no vale y encima en la zona hay mala cobertura de móviles. La piscina en mi caso con problemas y podría mejorarse su limpieza y en cuanto al aire acondicionado solo hay en el salón y sinceramente en la habitación de matrimonio calorrr

En mi opinión son 4 días de los cuales solo he disfrutado 3 ya que el primer día el horario de entrada es a las 16:00h lo cual me parece excesivo ya que pago por un día y solo estoy medio día, lo mismo el día de la salida. Por lo demás el personal correcto y las instalaciones correctas.
