We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Vauclin in Martinique, this charming air-conditioned flat of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 adults and 1 child. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace of 39 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV (canal + connection), sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, washing machine... - A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed (90×140). - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. - Separate toilet.
Outside : - A 39 m² terrace, facing the sunrise in the morning, with furniture and a beautiful view on the garden and the morne.
The flat is ideally located in Le Vauclin, in a very pleasant and secure environment. The flat is totally fenced and under video surveillance outside. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Le Vauclin is a quiet town, bordering Le François, Le Saint-Esprit and Le Marin. Mainly oriented towards fishing and agriculture, the town has a welcoming seafront where it is pleasant to stroll. The beach at Pointe Faula is a must when passing through Le Vauclin and is a real treat for relaxation and kitesurfing enthusiasts. Dotted with coconut trees, this peaceful and charming place has a magnificent lagoon, particularly appreciated by families with children who have the opportunity to walk far into the water. On the way back to Le Vauclin you can stop at the harbour, where you can buy fresh fish from the sea, enjoy these delicious fresh products! The town is renowned for its remarkable natural heritage. Water sports and diving enthusiasts will be delighted to stay in this haven of peace and relaxation.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park, the spaces are not numbered and can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

L'hôte était très accueillant et serviable, et amicale répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. L'appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé, offrant tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'y reviendrais sans hésiter."
