I had a great visit to this apartment. It has an excellent downtown location, 5 minutes from everything downtown, walking distance from pubs and restaurants. 15 minutes from just about any other place in town, Very safe and quiet area. Really liked the big front porch with it chairs and couches. I was able to have my family visit for the afternoon. Communication was especially good from host, with a detailed email beforehand with a single source of location, WiFi, door codes, etc. The lighting on the porch was important with a late arrival. Roomy front room to host guests, very good kitchen space, and comfortable bed with bedside lights. A/C worked great. Bathroom very well set up. No problems at all. Will book again for sure when my wife and I are in town. Parking really, really easy out front or in back,

The space was very comfortable and very cute. Loved the neighborhood too. We only stayed for the night as a halfway point to our final destination, but we would stay here again if we ever wanted to visit Macon.

Love these old homes! Tall ceilings and wooden floors! This place had plenty of space the hosts thought of EVERYTHING!!! Literally everything! And things were labeled which I loved! Would definitely stay here again. They even had air mattresses for use! And checkout instructions were the easiest I have ever had!

Beautiful, large historic apartment on the bottom floor in a charming, safe neighborhood with brick streets and mossy trees. If you love cool Southern vibes and a comfortable bed, this place is perfect. There's a fun chalk board refrigerator and lots of original features including a claw tub/ shower. (So cool, but could be hard for some to get in and out of. There is a grab bar.) We loved the inlaid wood floors and the stairs to nowhere. Read the house rules. They're funny. H & H is worth the short walk especially if you like Southern Rock. We will stay here again and hopefully it will be soon.

Spacious apartment a short walk from the Cherry Blossom festival downtown. The unit is well maintained and well-equipped with everything my husband and I needed! Parking behind the apartment was convenient! Wonderful water pressure and great showerhead in the clawfoot tub, small “extras” of hygiene products were also a nice touch! Soft towels, a comfortable bed, and everything provided for morning coffee! We will definitely be back!

The property was easy to find. The driveway was a bit narrow but easy to pull into if you lined up the car and pulled in slowly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped as was the bathroom. The living room had privacy for the adult sleeping on the sofa pull-out by providing french doors between the rooms. The front porch/furniture needed a bit of cleaning so we didn't use it, but in fairness to the owner it has been a long winter and when the furniture/porch is clean is probably extremely comfortable and pleasant. The washer/dryer combo is very helpful. What was a plus is we have that identical combo in our home so we can vouch for their reliability. The house was very quiet/peaceful. The neighborhood itself felt very safe and the surrounding homes are absolutely beautiful. The entire area is worth a walkabout. One "small town feeling" we enjoyed was hearing train whistles and chiming church bells in the distance. We felt very comfortable/safe there and would stay there again. The owner did a wonderful job of anticipating what travelers would need and enjoy in this home. Definitely worth booking for a tranquil, relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time at this historic property right in the heart of downtown Macon. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The front porch area was the most enjoyable to have our breakfast every morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice quiet stay in a lovely area!

This was a great place, and my second time staying here (previous through a different platform). Its very quiet and only about a 10-15 min walk to downtown Macon. Parking is easy on the street as well. I highly recommend this property!
