Good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time being in Hawaii and we couldn’t be happier condo was walking distance to the beach and all the shopping centers and restaurants

Good location but ......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a great location however the pictures are deceiving. It is in desperate need of a makeover, Springs poking out of the sleeper couch and just overall outdated. There were no necessities left in the kitchen with the exception of dish soap and a scrubber. The front staff was wonderful but there’s not much ambience In the lobby area. I understand there used to be a restaurant and bar but it closed due to Covid. The pool is extremely small and cold. We ended up moving to a hotel

Poor

Run down and lots of things broken and in disrepair. Noisy air conditioners, peeling paint everywhere, food on the floor under the furniture. Just grungy and dingy all around.
