House with heated swimming pool 130 km from Paris

A two-story country house with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs, featuring a double living room with a foosball table and a French billiards table, set on a 2,000 m² lot featuring an 8x4 pool that is lit and heated to 28 degrees, surrounded by a 120 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and a pergola where you can enjoy a meal in the shade and relax in the hammock. <br>Also available are a ping-pong table, 3 bicycles, pétanque balls, a dartboard, a badminton racket, board games, and of course a barbecue and a fire pit.<br>Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with instructions, and upon departure, we’ll conduct a walk-through of the property. The pool is maintained every two days by our neighbour.<br>Bakeries and a supermarket are a 10-minute drive away, as is the train station. Nogent-sur-Vernisson is an ideal base for exploring Chavignol goat cheese, Sancerre wines, and the châteaux of the Loire Valley—and for recharging your batteries.
