Beautifully remodeled and updated, 6 Hoodoo Lane is located just a short two-minute walk to Fort Rock Park. Here you will find a large playground, tennis courts, pickleball, baseball field, covered picnic area and an open area for your dogs to run and play.

This 1853 sq ft air conditioned, light, and bright home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It is located just a 6-minute bike ride to the SHARC (the home includes 8 guest SHARC passes) and just past the SHARC is the Sunriver Village Mall where you will find restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, gift shops and entertainment. You are also close to the Deschutes River, Sunriver Marina, Sunriver Stables, and the Sunriver Lodge.

The main living area at 6 Hoodoo Lane is open and bright with many windows. It has a well-appointed kitchen with a pantry, a dining room, laundry and in the living room, a beautiful gas fireplace that will warm the house on those cold winter days. The home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and looks back into a beautiful, wooded open space.

All three bedrooms are upstairs for privacy. The main suite has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom will sleep four with a double bed and a twin bunk bed. There is an additional sleeping option of a single platform bed in the main bedroom, which would be perfect for kids. There is a second upstairs bathroom with shower and tub and a half bath on the main. The living room, two of the bedrooms, and the garage have a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The garage houses a fun rec room with darts, shuffleboard, air hockey, Smart TV, and a vintage arcade machine with 300+ nostalgic games. Enjoy the new expansive wrap around deck, which has a propane BBQ, and two patio tables and a covered walkway with seating where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. We also have a wonderful, private hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars.

We are a pet friendly home (max two dogs) with prior approval and a pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled (two-fold and carry collapsible wire dog crates are available in the garage for your use, please provide your own dog bedding, if needed).

Four adult bikes and three children’s bikes, (Helmets are NOT provided, so please bring your own).

Please note: Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., unless you are checking in during Peak Season (July 1st to August 31st) on a Saturday or Sunday, then check-in time is at 5:00 p.m. Check-in time during Christmas week (December 26th to December 31st) is at 5:00 p.m.
