For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1.7 km, pebble beach 4 km, shingle beach 2.5 km, public bathing area 2.5 km. Hundefreundliches Haus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse (eher Balkon) ist gut abgegrenzt, so dass die Hunde gut draußen liegen konnten. 2 große Hunde (30kg und 40kg) waren herzlich Willkommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeber sind unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen perfekt Deutsch. Die Umgebung ist eher ländlich und ruhig, nur ein paar km von der Stadt Umag entfernt. Läden für den täglichen Bedarf (Kaufland, Spar, Lidl) sind vorhanden, auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Von Finida aus kann man schöne Wandertouren machen, man muss aber ein bisschen mit dem Auto fahren (Slowenien, Porec, Pula gut erreichbar). Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat waren die Matratze (viel zu weich und man spürt die Drahtfedern, ich musste auf das Sofa umziehen) und das Bettzeug. Ist aber meistens so, dass Matratzen und Bettzeug nicht dem heimischen Standard entsprechen ;) Beim Parken musste man manövrieren. Es gibt einen tollen sauberen Swimmingpool mit Liegen. Alles in allem kann ich die Ferienwohnung empfehlen, vor allem als Hundebesitzer. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Ferienwohnung Tiziana

Eine ansprechende Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage. Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Der Rasen ist grün und es gibt viele Blumen. Den Pool teilt man sich nur mit den Gästen der 2. Ferienwohnung. Also immer viel Platz im Pool. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns dort rundherum wohl gefühlt. R. und R.
