Located in a quiet area of the charming village of Brison st Innocent, apartment for 3 people, air-conditioned, of 75m² on the ground floor of my villa.

Rental only by the week in the summer season, other periods on request.

This pleasant and comfortable accommodation will bring you calm and serenity during your stay in the heart of our beautiful region.

Located 5 minutes by car from Brison beach and 30 minutes from the Revard/Feclaz ski resort.
10 minutes from the Esplanade and the port of Aix les Bains.

Bright, fully equipped and completely renovated, it includes 2 bedrooms ideal for a couple with a child.
A master bedroom with 140 cm bed and TV.
A children's bedroom with 90 cm bed.

Fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with sofa and Samsung TV.

Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Balcony terrace overlooking the petanque court accessible directly from the kitchen and living room.
A small table allows you to have coffee or simply enjoy the sun.
The petanque court is at your disposal.

Enclosed courtyard.
Parking space secured by an electric gate and alarm.

Our pet friends are not allowed in the accommodation.

Très bon séjour, maison confortable et très bien équipée. M Favier est très acceuillant et bienveillant, une belle rencontre qui se produit parfois et souligne la chance du moment. Seul bémol pour les frais élevés de la plateforme Abritel/VRBO et l'interface de gestion en anglais...

Grosse Wohnung am Lac Bourget.

Der Vermieter, Herr Favier, war äusserst gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Es gibt einen schönen, wenn gewünscht auch schattigen Badestrand.
