Escape to the sun with a private pool, ideal getaway for families or couples

This stunning home welcomes you with a spacious, open floor plan that sleeps 6 comfortably. The open kitchen and dining area leads you out to a private backyard with a covered patio, pool, hot tub, and a turf yard perfect for games or entertaining. The luxurious kitchen has ample storage space, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs.

The master bedroom is a dream! Beautiful views from your king bed look out to the pool, as well as a large walk in closet and a full bath, walk in shower, and double sinks. Two other bedrooms boast queen size beds. There is also a den with a pull out couch (memory foam queen size mattress), perfect for kids or an extra sleeping space.

A two car garage is available for your use as well as 4 cruiser bikes. The house is close to flat, paved trails so you can ride for miles. There is also a neighborhood park just a short walk away. There is a separate laundry room where you will have access to a washer and dryer. This home has it all and much more!

Only 25 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and minutes from the Mesa airport, this house is also close to the new Gilbert Regional Park, spring training baseball stadiums, golf courses, downtown Gilbert, SanTan Village, and everything else the beautiful East Valley has to offer!

What a great spot! The house was very nice and the pool & hot tub were fantastic . We stayed in March so we paid the additional fee to heat the pool and hot tub and it was so worth it. We would definitely stay here again!
