Top class house!!

Incredible modern and comfortable house. First class equipment, materials, decorations and location. Totally kind and helpful host. A real pleasure to stay some days with friends or family. Fully recomendable!!

Gorgeous grounds, comfortable modern space, some improvement areas needed

The house is very comfortable for a large group and has really nice modern amenities. It's very spacious, easily accommodates many people without feeling like you are on top of each other and has a beautiful garden/pool area. There are a few things that could make this a superb rental if addressed. Fabrice seemed open to our feedback and is keen to make this home a great experience. In no particular order, it could benefit from: --More shaded areas. There is only one umbrella (assuming it has been replaced and is now working) which did not feel enough for our large group. The grassy area does eventually provide shade but only at certain times as the sun moves. --Toilet paper holders in the bathrooms would have been appreciated as there were none! --We did not feel that the beds were necessarily commensurate with the upscale nature of the house but that may not bother everyone --Some suggestions on nearby restaurants, beaches, how to work the appliances, etc. would have been helpful. The location was generally great--well situated in proximity to many places. A grocery store, decent pizza restaurant, boulangerie were all within a ~6 minute drive. The only potential drawback depending on your plans is that it takes about 15 minutes to get to the highway. All in all, a lovely stay in a house that has great potential.
