This home is one of the nicest Ranch Style homes that backs up to the Duncan Golf and Tennis Club. Built in the 1950's it has lots of Charm and a great feeling of being home. Massive living room for entertaining and gazing out the 3 large windows to the golf course. 3 large windows also look out the front to a great neighborhood. Very comfortable queen beds with all the pillows you need for a great night sleep. Large TV's in every room with all the services you need to watch your shows. Laundry room for washing your clothes if needed with Ironing board and iron. Very quiet neighborhood. Golf course restaurant with fine dining, great food and wine very close to home.
