Trop trop de bruit

La location est bien située par rapport à la plage et le marché mais la fête foraine sous les fenêtres c'est invivable Soit on ferme les fenêtres et on meurt de chaud soit on laisse ouvert et impossible de dormir avant 2/3 h du matin

Super emplacement pour un appartement très en dessous du prix que l’on paye !

Appartement très bien situé en front de mer et près des restaurants/commerces et marchés. En revanche une fournaise ! Il n’a jamais fait moins de 29 degrés dans l’appartement ! A notre arrivée les rideaux étaient grands ouverts et il faisait 32 degrés ! De plus, le frigo ressemble plus à un radiateur malodorant qu’à un réfrigérateur (il se situe dans une colonne qui surchauffe et donc chauffe le salon qui déjà est très chaud de part la baie vitrée qui donne en plein sud !) quant aux aliments ils étaient à peine frais … bref on repassera pour avoir de l’eau fraîche ! Nous savions qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais PAS DE VENTILATEURS !!! Ce qui est juste aberrant pour un logement situé dans le sud ! Nous avons dû en acheter sur place ! Ça a été très compliqué de dormir les nuits car impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres avec le bruit avant 1h30 du matin vue qu’on est tout près de la fête foraine. Pas d’eau chaude quand nous sommes arrivés !! Étant donné que c’était dimanche l’agence était fermée, nous avons donc appelé le numéro d’urgence et 2h après quelqu’un nous a rappelé pour nous demander de vérifier si ce n’était pas un plomb qui avait sauté (ce qui était bien le cas …) Chasse d’eau qui continue de couler tant qu’on ne l’a pas secoué … volé roulant d’une des chambres qui se bloque en donnant l’impression qu’il va rester coincé. Meubles vieillissants et abimés … bref je ne recommande pas du tout surtout pour un séjour avec un bébé ! A refaire je ne louerai pas

Mooi ruim eenvoudig ingericht app.

Komen al verscheidene jaren in hetzelfde app. Ligt centraal en is netjes. Een tip : de matrassen zijn ok maar oud en wel aan vervanging toe. De spreien zijn aan een wasbeurt toe (stoffige geur) qua hygiëne in deze tijden zeker aan te raden.

Appartement très sale Sèche cheveux cassé , porte serviette déglingué, pas de tapis de bain Très mauvaise réception télévision Attention nous y étions en fin Octobre 2019 et la majorité des commerces étaient fermés

Eenvoudige maar nette woning vlak bij strand en winkels. In de buurt van kermis waar je geen nadeel van ondervindt. Vlotte bediening vanwege het verhuurkantoor.
