8 km from Montaione: The Residence "I Calanchi" is situated in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra on a hill near the village of Sughera (Montaione). Surrounded by high cypress trees, meadows, cultivated fields, olive groves and forest: ideal place to relax but also visit the cities of art, the seaside and the mountains. We have 13 out of 16 apartments. There is a nice loggia for dining outdoor for shared use. Mountain bike for hire on site. Walking paths. Lots of very good restaurants in the area. Au coeur de la Toscane

Très agréable séjour, à 1h environ de magnifiques villes de Toscane, comme Florence, SIenne, San Gimignano, Lucque ... au milieu de la campagne, dans un petit village. Endroit paradisiaque qu'on ne veut plus quitter.

Bonne localisation.Calme et bien situé pour les visites de principaux sites toscans.Néanmoins, le contenu intérieur de l'appartement est à améliorer.Malgré un changement de matelas intervenu tardivement, le "nouveau" matelas n'était pas confortable (probablement dû à l'usure ou à la qualité). Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et nous a obligé de laver à la main. L'endroit à notre arrivée n'était pas très propre et la vaisselle à disposition non plus.Des lattes du canapé-lit étaient cassées.

Hat alles gepasst. Sehr gepflegte und sauberes Appartement Anlage mit einem super schönen Ausblick in die Toskana. Können wir allen Familien weiter empfehlen, die mit ihren Kindern gerne am Pool Erholung suchen aber auch Ausfüge zu bekannten Städten wie Florenz oder Siena machen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundliche.

Schönes, gemütliches Appartment dem es bei der Ausstattung an nichts gefehlt hat. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt gewesen und bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit tel. an die Inhaber wenden, die dann auch entsprechend geholfen haben. Auch mit kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.
