About this property

Upscale Bonita Home on a Hill with Ocean/City View

Our upscale and modern Bonita home, just minutes off the freeway & centrally located in beautiful San Diego. Downtown/Balboa Park/Coronado/Beaches/Airport all within 20 minutes ish by car. Enjoy our living room with a fireplace on those "cold" and "wet" days/nights, cook in our spacious kitchen, and watch the sunset from the balcony with panoramic views of San Diego: Coronado bridge, Downtown SD, and the Pacific Ocean.
Our house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Regal master bedroom with a personal TV and dedicated master bath, one queen room with personal TV, and two rooms with two twins each. Large family room and modern kitchen with panoramic view of San Diego. In addition, there is a large formal living room with fireplace and formal dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, air-conditioning, and heating. High chair, Pack 'N' Play available upon request.
Please note: owners live downstairs with separate entrance and parking.
