We were given an appartment in a very dark area as the bamboo outside was incredibly tall. The mosquitoes were a problem.The outside furniture was very dirty and covered in bird droppingsOnly 1 restaurant was witin walkkng distance not 2. The pool had algae on its sides. Had to ask for the aircon to be turned on.

Dear Gilian, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. The house is located in a historic park with diverse trees and natural wildlife, which we highlight as a special feature. We conduct regular pest control; however, some insects and birds naturally remain. We are committed to sustainability, using solar panels and energy-saving measures. The stains on the pool edges are caused by sunscreen residues, not algae — the pool is regularly maintained. There are several restaurants nearby within a short driving distance. Una bellissima residenza

Una villa storica completamente ristrutturata e ammodernata immersa nel cuore di un fantastico parco che include anche una piscina all'aperto molto bella. L'arredo è di stile classico ed elegante e la dotazione offre proprio tutto il necessario. L'host è gentilissima e pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. La posizione è strategica perché è a pochi minuti dello svincolo della SS3. Per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in Umbria e nei dintorni di Perugia è la scelta ideale

Ottima esperienza, posto favoloso immersi nel verde in una pace surreale. Appartamenti ben dotati e molto puliti, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare i paesi vicini. Consiglio a tutti soprattutto a famiglie e a chi a animali.

Appartement mag wel opgeknapt worden, wel mooi zwembad

Zwembad is erg mooi, maar het appartement is klein en de muren zijn aan het brokkelen. Terras zit achter bamboe waar zich zeer veel muggen schuil houden.
