A log semi-detached house completed in 1999, located in the peaceful cabin area of Jäätiönrinne in Vuokatti. The area is 90 m² plus a 20 m² loft, spread over three floors. The lowest floor has a fireplace room with a sofa bed for 1-2 guests and a bedroom with a bunk bed with an extendable lower part, accommodating a total of three. Additionally, there is a sauna (electric stove), bathroom/WC. The middle floor includes a kitchen, living room, and one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a WC/shower. The third floor/loft has separate beds for three. There is a balcony. In the backyard, there is a built-in grill.

The lowest floor also has a heated ski maintenance room with a waxing stand.

Child equipment includes a travel cot, high chair, and potty.
