Your wooded retreat is located on the point at the mouth of Little North Indian Creek, a popular summer area. Trails around the cove for nature hikes and shoreline fishing. Half acre highly desirable flat lot (very rare for lakefront) allows for family fun.
This ideally located retreat is reconfigured with vacationing families in mind. This beauty is located in a wooded waterfront setting with close walking to water. Unwind with the stress-free hardwood forest setting with lake views, better than camping, but similar freedom. This popular part of Table Rock Lake is fit for water fun, swimming, fishing, watersports, and hiking. Ideally secluded, yet minutes to Branson attractions.
Your fully functional kitchen is stocked with all you needs, pots, pans, baking pans, implements, dishes and stainless for twelve, steak knives, Keurig or drip coffee makers, teapot, crockpots, blender, hand mixer, toaster, microwave. Available to you is a good supply of salt, pepper with other common spices, oils and oil spray. The farmhouse sink is roomy for easy cleanup with dish soap, dishwashing tablets, hand soap and kitchen towels supplied. A good starting supply of plastic storage bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, paper towels, plastic eating utensils and paper plates and red cups. Outdoor grill area is conveniently located near kitchen in the front with a beverage cooler located on the front porch. Plenty of seating around the firepit.
The spacious open dining room table is perfect for family eating. Sliding doors give easy access to deck with two outdoor tables with umbrellas and chairs available for additional eating space. A TV is situated for use as an additional entertainment area at the dining table. A "Littles-Table for Two" is staged in the dining area with highchair available.
The two fully tiled bathrooms are designed for shared use. Each has high end walk-in showers with twelve sets of towels and storage for easy family sharing. Dispensers in the shower are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Hand soap at sinks, toilet paper supplied.
Three private bedrooms with a fourth open sleeping loft. Sleeps awesome with superior mattresses on platform beds with storage. Each sleeping area includes floor fans and ceiling fans. Three (3) private bedrooms with King Beds-Each has glass sliding door access to the deck and beauty of the lake area. The Loft sleep area has two (2) Queen beds. One (1) Ottoman in living area pulls out to twin for smaller tween-agers. For less independent children: Four (4) Sleep-N-Go mats with twin sheets can move to parents' room as needed, two (2) Pack-N-Plays, one (1) large stroller, two (2) umbrella strollers, two (1) highchairs, and a "Littles-Table for Two."
An airy open living area is beautifully situated for lake view enjoyment. Leather couch, love seat, chair and ottoman offer plenty of seating. The Game table offers another great entertainment space with many typical family games available in the game center. The irresistible 3-Season Room is off the main living and brings the outside-in, a great place to enjoy. The living room TV is positioned for easy viewing from the living space, game space, and sleeping loft.
The functional laundry room for your use is accessible through the garage with a large capacity washer and dryer. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are supplied.
This property is on a highly desired, flat, half acre lot. Complete renovation in 2020. New landscaping in 2021. Asphalt road and drive in 2022. Roomy outdoor play for kids and adults. Cornhole. Beautiful new fire pit with plenty of seating and wood provided. Propane grill available for your use. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, very thoughtfully done! The owner was close by and able to address any issues we had, they even went the extra mile to improve our lake access and provided a mode of transportation to the water. Everyone was very pleased!
We had a wonderful stay at this Table Rock Lake property. Very clean and well stocked, the owner was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced getaway.

Overall a great place to stay. Location was perfect for what we wanted but it is a 30-40 minute drive to the strip. Owners were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Already planning our next stay.
Fabulous accommodations in a quiet picturesque setting
This was our first vrbo and the bar could not of been set higher. Fantastic home layout, with great amenities and accommodations. Close to all the tourist attractions of Branson but far enough away to just relax and be alone.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Our family of 12 had plenty of room and had a great time! Convenient location for Silver Dollar City and close to other family in Kimberling City.

The house was very clean, well furnished, and perfect for our stay at the lake. The "pebble beach" area was great for enjoying the lake and the location of the house was perfect to enjoy some of the options in Branson, Branson West, and boat rentals at Kimberly City. We were pleasantly surprised by this home, the pictures don't do it justice. It has been fully remodeled and Robin and her husband thought of everything. Less boat traffic, less tourist traffic, great weather and the water is still warm for the small children on the pebble beach. Thanks again for your business.
This was our second stay at Lines In. We had 8 adults and 3 kids under 5. Robin keeps the house well-stocked and clean. She was very available by text with any question or need. We enjoyed being on the lake but close to the house to allow for kids’ naps and meals. Definitely plan to return!
