Location!!!! Perfect location. Literally walking distance from canal st and all the action! We went the weekend before mardi gras and man we’re they getting the party started haha. I lover that we were very close to everything but far enough where you can still sleep without all the noise. Place was very clean!
The space is fine, but the lack of noise insulation made it miserable We were exhausted & unable to sleep due to the non-stop sirens, & motorcycles We were 7 floors up & it felt like it was as loud as if our windows were open.
Nice owners/managers, clean, well maintained, near French Quarter but area of town felt run down. My wife and I are from Chicago, yet still felt somewhat threatened by many of the locals.
Nice, roomy unit with all the conveniences in a good location for exploring both the French Quarter and the Garden District. Easy check-in. Luggage storage was even available. Would definitely recommend. Once concern: the workout room code never worked.
This place was a two block walk to the Canal Street trolley and was centrally located between the Garden District, World War II Musuem, and the French Quarter so made walking and getting around New Orleans very easy. The space for the two of us was large however the sleeper in the living room was uncomfortable/
Everything was great! Exactly what was pictured. Only hiccup was check-in, opted for early check-in was never sent the new code. Took about 30-45min to resolve but besides that it was great!
Comfortable unit in a good location near French Quarter; good value. Had a few minor maintenance issues, but they were fixed promptly.
Minor peeves: icemaker did not work (ice machine elsewhere in building); bathroom circuit breaker tripped off every night.
This place is within walking distance of the French Quarter and was super convenient. It is very spacious for New Orleans accommodations and had very modern appliances. My grandson was fascinated by some of the items. Don't know about other units, but mine could have used a bathroom rug and places to hang towels. Otherwise, it was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo within easy walking distance to the French Quarter. It was clean and provided everything we needed. The couple of small issues we had were quickly addressed with a call to property management. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus and there were a number of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. The bed was not comfortable (due to not having a box spring) and the flat pillows could be replaced, but the rest of the furnishings were fine. We would definitely stay here again!
My stay started off horrible! The room wasnt cleaned to my expectations, however, it was resolved. The replacement penthouses was extremely clean and no dog hair was present. I would stay again.
Had a very good stay other than an issue with the electrical in the bathroom. Breaker kept tripping for the bathroom lights at night. No big deal though just had to keep flipping it back on.

Old fashioned coffee pot with no coffee. No bath soap. No laundry soap. Very few kitchen utensils, and dishes.
Bed was fine. Shower was fine.
Poorest furniture I’ve seen in a for rent property .
If if you are there to party and wake up and go out and party again, it’s fine. If you are going to spend any time relaxing, it’s terrible.

Great location, okay stay
Pros: The location of this listing was by far the best part of the entire stay- right off of Canal St, we were a five minute walk away from Bourbon St, and really close by to everything else. The place itself was very neat and clean, and there were plenty of towels and linens. It was also easy to call a manager whenever we needed something and they responded very quickly. There is also a game room which was a fun surprise, but pretty much everything except for pool was pay-to-play.
Cons: When we originally booked the property, the listing stated that there were two pullout couches, which must have been a mistake since there was only one. It has since been changed, but we were very disappointed to only find one pull out couch and that there wasn't anything they could do about it. The kitchen is also pretty sparse, there were very few dishes to cook in and about half of the knives were blunt or broken so if you're planning on cooking any meals here, you might have some trouble.
Overall, we had an alright stay, but we probably wouldn't stay here again.
My Hosteeva experience was great check in was easy and simple and unit was simply amazing. Very clean and spacious we were very comfortable and happy and it was walking distance from Canal and Bourbon street
The unit was perfect for the 2 of us staying there. We had 1 issue and it was addressed almost immediately (Battery died in the key pad on the front door). The only "downside" for me was the AC didn't seem to cool the place down well, but I enjoy cold rooms so it could have just been me.
I definitely recommend this place and will book again when we visit NOLA again.
Everything we needed to be on the outskirts of everything within walking distance. Residents and guests were kind and similar. Easy access to whatever. The parking lot is right across the street. I would highly recommend!!
