Enclosed garden with terrace.<br>Greenway less than 200 metres from the house which allows you to reach Dinard and Dinan in 40 minutes by bike. By car: 15 minutes from Dinan and Dinard beach.<br>Local shops in the town centre less than 1km away.<br>3 bedrooms (including 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190). Bed linen is available for rent with beds made on arrival. Each bed is equipped with a duvet and pillows.
