We enjoyed our stay here! Aaron was extremely responsive and made sure any questions we had got answered. If you are looking for a small space to stay while enjoying Colorado Springs, this place was perfect. We would stay again!
This was a perfect place to spend a few days. We had a memorial service and lawyers and banking to deal with, so it was great to have a worry free comfortable place to stay. Our host was quick and responsive and we would def stay here again.
The property was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for our stay. The location was within 20 minutes of every activity within the area that we wanted to participate in. The manager/owner was easily accessible to answer questions.
We were so blessed to have a nice warm place to stay there we’re multiple power outages in the neighborhood due to 100 mph winds the day we arrived but this house was unharmed
Great stay in the front unit. Was very tidy and the views were amazing. Nice location close to garden of the gods! Keypad on door was abit confusing to lock/unlock and back yard is not attached to front unit so had to leash up dog whenever I had to take him out but those were minimal problems in the grand scheme.
Overall, highly recommend. Great stay. Thanks so much.
We were visiting our son in the military for the weekend and wanted a small break away. The space was decorated very well and everything was clean and in working order. The fist night was great as we did not have neighbors in the adjoining space.
Night 2 was a different story. With the thinner walls and a loud barking dog, we could not get much sleep. The owners took care of notifying the other tenants, but we decided that we did not want to take the risk of another night with the barking dog. We left the property a few days early for a hotel where my son was able to sleep and relax.
I want to start by saying the owner was very responsive and helpful if an issue arose. Check-in and out was easy. You could tell the property had been cleaned, but not very well. I found a ball of human hair in the carpet and multiple lighters under the king bed (pretty dangerous with a toddler). This is one of the few VRBOs we could find that is both dog and cat-friendly, but the smaller room had an awful odor coming from it. If the door was left shut, then the rest of the home was okay, but I'm assuming it was old cat pee. The yard advertised is not connected to the house so you need to leash up your dog to take them out to the yard. The front storm door was broken so it would swing open and slam shut whenever there was wind.
This little house was perfect for what we were looking for. We were in town for just a night and it was so nice to have a "home" to stay at instead of a hotel. Would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to look into staying here.
I never received instructions on how to get into the house. We had to call the management Compnay and leave a message… very frustrating. Lights in the bathroom were so dim it was very difficult to utilize… no kitchen to speak of. Hot water in shower was either scalding for none at all.
