1 BEDROOM COTTAGE

Enjoy our cute 1 bedroom cottage with well equipped, full kitchen, dining table and comfortable living room with free Cable TV and high speed internet. Free onsite parking for 2 cars. Relax on the front porch or side patio with seating and shared property gas grill. Washer and dryer in the cottage.

We are dog friendly, any size! 2 dogs max. At the time of booking, please let us know if you are bringing one dog or two dogs along. The fee for one dog is $115. The fee for two dogs is $165.

Our 1 bedroom cottage sleeps two. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and beach toys included! Super fast high speed internet and WIFI that never disappoints. Books to enjoy as well as cable TV.

We hope you'll love our location as much as we do! There is easy beach access via our deeded path just a few houses down the street or you can walk to Stump Pass Beach Park and enjoy the day there walking on the beautiful nature path and stroll the beach searching for sand dollars, seashells and shark teeth. Grab a kayak and enjoy the day on the water. Walk or take the trolley to several restaurants that serve up delicious food and tasty drinks all day long. End the day watching the most beautiful sunset you'll ever see and then enjoy nightly live music right down the street.

Nice little cottage

Location may be misleading. Beach access is through the state park, south of the property. The access to the north is restricted (you are unable to use the beach at that location). Bed is extremely uncomfortable; mattress and frame are well past needing replacement. Beach chairs and cooler that are provided are sale in extremely poor condition (practically unusable). Overall not a bad stay for the price but we would not return.

Cozy, Walking distance to the Beach

Nice place for couple, short walk to the Beach. Manasota is old Florida style, Beautiful Island. Recommend Magnolias for Dinner.

It’s ok

The front interior is very cute & welcoming. The inside is fine, a new kitchen that was well-stocked. The walls are scuffed & could be repainted, the door leading outside from the bedroom needs work as it is currently not useable. The furniture was comfortable. The cleaning staff could do a much better job with the floors. The outside patio has its’ challenges. It is 14x4 pavers spread a few inches apart with shells/pebbles as filler. The problem is it is easy to trip over the pavers & one needs to be very careful with chairs to ensure all 4 legs are on a paver. The patio area needs weeding & general clean-up. There are gas grills that need a thorough cleaning or replacement, there is a building with beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. The duplex is indeed the 2nd row from the Gulf & it is nice to hear the waves. To access the beach, however, you walk down 8 or 9 houses to a path that ends at a sign saying ‘private beach’. As long as you sit near the tide line, you can definitely use the beach. The sand in the path is very thick thus making it hard to pull a beach wagon. Of course, that has nothing to do with the property itself.
