The private colonial-style villa, located just steps from the beach, comes fully furnished and move-in ready year-round. The 700 ft² (62 m²) villa features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bathroom, and a partially screened terrace ideal for lounging.

For added comfort and convenience, chef services, as well as fishing and snorkeling excursions, can be arranged through the on-site caretaker. Airport transfers from Cancún and kite-surfing lessons in El Cuyo are also available upon request.
