Water & forest views. Deck, outdoor table & chairs. Grills; mini-herb gardens; firepit. little free library. Borders conservation property w/new 3-trail 1.5 mile system. Designated outdoor smoking areas. NO pets, no ESAs. Off-street parking. On SHUTTLE LINE to Provincetown and Outer Cape beaches, shopping, amenities. Convenience shopping & beach club w/pool, tennis, restaurant, etc. (not incl. in rental fees) in walking distance. Close to P'town and National Seashore beaches, trails. We request that you provide your own bed (sheets & pillowcases) + bath linens, if possible. If you wish us to provide them, there is an additional $50 linen/laundry fee.

I want you to be able to scale back, relax, be comfortable, and enjoy all the views - water, woods, sky, sunsets, clouds - and all the activities the area has to offer, from beach to art to nightlife in Provincetown, to the National Seashore! Whether on the deck, in the unit, at the beach or on the trails - so much is at your "fingertips" here, including the shuttle bus around the area if you don't want to get back into your car for a while!

Why they chose this property

This place speaks - volumes - for itself. It is a beautiful, semi-rural, open area. You can't get much closer to the bay, nor closer to the woods, not to mention both at once. Calm, quiet, beautiful always!

What makes this property unique

Proximity to private beach, local trails, public transportation -- sun, sand, woods, water! And as of this season we're also using all that sunshine to generate power! It just keeps getting better and better ... and we hope you'll love it, too!
