About this property

House with private pool, in a quiet location just a few minutes from the ocean

Our villa has a private swimming pool, a fenced garden in a very quiet area (hedges all around the property).



The house is located in a private and enclosed domain, a few minutes from the beaches of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Brem and Brétignolles sur Mer (10 minutes by car)



The house is furnished and equipped: it has three bedrooms with wardrobes, wardrobes, including a master suite, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other bathroom with a bathtub) and two separate toilets.



There is a large living room, a spacious sofa, a TV, a kitchen with a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a scullery with washing machine, wine cellar and plenty of storage. You also have two beautiful outdoor spaces, terraces with tables, outdoor chairs and sun loungers, a poolhouse with coffee table and chairs in the shade very close to the pool.



Bed linen is included in the rental

(towels are to be provided). Two mobile fans are available



The private swimming pool measures 10mx5m, it is equipped with an alarm (salt pool: no chlorine smell)

Sun loungers are at your disposal, as well as games for children.



Two vehicles can be parked in front of the house (free of charge). The remote control of the estate gate will be made available to you for the duration of your stay.



The Fontenelles golf course is located nearby, as well as tennis courts, mini-golf, a bar and a restaurant (5 min walk)

Tout était parfait, la maison est très bien située, à environ 15mn en voiture de Saint Gilles, la piscine est top et la maison bien équipée. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et pour la propreté du logement qui était impeccable. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa était très propre à notre arrivée. Il ne manque rien et le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel Le petit restaurant et le bar à quelques minutes à pied sont très pratique ainsi que les terrains de tennis, golf et mini-golf. La piscine privé est parfaite, peu profonde, avec un accès par de larges marches. Les extérieurs sont très au calme : cela nous a permis de nous reposer tout en profitant de longue baignade. Par ces fortes chaleur, nous avons toujours pu trouver un peu d’ombre (la terrasse est à l’ombre le midi et la piscine est à l’ombre est dès la fin d’après midi). Les plages sont très accessibles (Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Brem sur Mer et Brétignolles sur Mer à 10 minutes) Merci beaucoup au propriétaire pour son accueil à notre arrivée. Nous conseillons ce logement, nous reviendrons dans cet endroit paisible.
