Description<br>: Chalet in a resort with a heated indoor pool (free) and sauna (for a fee), 3 rooms, 50 m² of floor space on 2 levels, 6 m² balcony, private ski locker.<br>The chalet is located 100 m from the “Les Marquis” chairlift .”<br><br>It was renovated in 2017 and fully refurnished with mountain-style furniture; bedding from 2019.<br><br>Ground Floor:<br>- ENTRANCE<br>- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed (1 double bed, 160x200), flat-screen TV, extendable table for 8, open kitchen with refrigerator + freezer compartment, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave.<br>- BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed (140x190), closets<br>BATHROOM: with shower and toilet<br><br>UPPER FLOOR:<br>- BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (80x200) and a “Clic Lac” sofa (160x200), closet<br>- BATHROOM: with bathtub and toilet<br><br>Kitchen info: raclette machine, fondue set, filter coffee maker, “Tassimo” coffee maker,<br><br>Free Wi-Fi in the chalet<br><br>Shops: mini-market, bakery, equipment rental shop open in winter, restaurants, bar; less than 150m away, and ESF nearby.<br>10 minutes from the resort centre via a walking trail, or free shuttle service available 150 metres away<br>.
