Un chalet de deux habitations le Rdc en location le premier habité par les propriétaires. Chalet qui doit daté d'une trentaine d'années et qui a besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Mais tout fonctionne et il ne manque pas grand chose.Assez bien situé par rapport au centre des Angles mais voiture indispensable car la pente est raide..Vue magnifique sur le lac de Matemale.Propriétaires très sympathiques.Cet avis n'est valable que pour la saison estivale...

Appartement au rée de chaussée du chalet du propriétaire.Manque d’isolation, manque de propreté.Éléments vétustes dans salle de bain et cuisine.Emplacement idéal car navette amenant aux pistes en face du chalet.
