Welcome to Condo Iris, in the IT Residences located in Coco Beach, Playa del Carmen. This condominium has a comfortable king bed, smart TV, safe, balcony from its main bedroom. Its bathroom is located right next to its door. The living room is made up of a Smart TV and a sofa, its kitchen is fully equipped. All its rooms have air conditioning and WIFI.



The IT Residences are located just a few blocks from Coco Beach, and only one block from the famous Fifth Avenue. Its common areas are furnished; there are 2 lobbies, 2 rooftops with pools, a solarium, a lounge bar, underground parking, and 2 luxury restaurants. Enjoy the sea view from your infinity pool and loungers. Additionally, you can enjoy delicious cocktails from the rooftop restaurant bar while enjoying the view.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It's in a very good location, as it's practically where the commercial part of 5th Avenue begins (or ends). Very safe and with very good attention from the staff.

Misleading info

Condo was nice, paid extra for WIFI (not mentioned) Roof top was okay but part of it became a CLUB with music till Midnight.( not mentioned) We chose this place because it was not close to the night life.

You have a great roof deck area with lounge chairs and a pool. The roof area also has ocean views. The property is located only 1 block from 5th Avenue with great shopping and dining options. You are only a 5-minute walk to Coco Beach.
