Beautiful, comfortable apartment house "Les Faverges". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the lake, 550 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 200 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 60 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.6 km, skisport facilities 550 m, cross country ski track 1.6 km, ice rink 500 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 750 m, Etang Long 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence).

-:dommage qu'il y ait eu des remontées d'odeur par les tuyaux, et literie de la banquette un peu ferme pour certains. +:situation calme incroyable à 100m du centre accès super facile , 12m de plain pied entre la place de parc couverte et la porte du studio, avec l'armoire à skis sur le trajet, déchargement-chargement super rapide ! ensuite plus besoin de resortir la voiture, le principal supermarché est à 140m et l'arrêt des bus gratuits est à 40m.

Ideal place for 2-3 people. Have to be slim to all fit in the kitchen at the same time. All to be expected in the Alps. Great apartment with a stunning view. Close to lifts, bus, funicular, coop. Loved it.

I loved the apartment .. its bright has amazing views , fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook and super central . I am used to large beds though and the only thing is that if we were to be two people in the bed I would have found it way too small as its a fold away bed . I would def consider staying there again and def recommend as it was otherwise perfect .
