Renovated with vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and large trex deck overlooking the beach/lake. Master on main with private view of the lake. Flat screen TVs in each room, including loft. High speed internet with smart TVs for streaming. Walk to the beach on a paved, private path or two minutes to the 27 hole championship golf course/clubhouse, Black Bear Pub, and restaurant. Less than one mile to the tennis center, Big Canoe Swim Club, and Lake Trailhead.

2 reserved parking places at house; a few additional common spaces may be open.
Green Egg grill: if you use the green egg , you must use only Lump coal. It’s in the green egg table. Do not use reg charcoal or lighter fluid.
Lights off (back deck) after 11:00 pm.
