Gite DU Chene - Ledeuix
Gîte located in the outbuildings of an old farm, surrounded by nature and close to the owners' home. On the ground floor, the living room offers a pleasant lounge, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave) in pastel colors and its dining area. Complete sanitary facilities (shower, toilet) are accessible from the living room. The large bay window opens onto the fenced garden facing south (wooden fence without mesh). Upstairs, a corridor leads to 1 first bedroom with 2 90 X 190 beds, a second bedroom with 1 160 X 200 bed and a master bedroom with 1 160 A terrace with garden table and benches, wooden armchairs, a SPA accessible only for weekly rentals and a bowling alley (balls provided) to fully enjoy the nicely landscaped exteriors and the surrounding calm. Plancha and barbecue. WIFI connection. Electric heating extra. Washing machine and dryer in ground floor bathroom. Baby equipment available: high chair and travel cot. Cleaning included in the price. Possibility of renting sheets (25 euros/stay for 160 beds, 15 euros/stay for 90 beds). Close to Oloron Ste Marie, in the heart of Haut Bearn, between mountain and ocean. On a calm and restful domain, this gite is completely renovated in the outbuilding of an 18th century farm.
